Truss Hotel Times Square

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Times Square. The room was quiet, with a partial view, spacious and comfortable for two people. It was clean and well-equipped with amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It's a gem - good staff, clean rooms, excellent location

The location was convenient. A short walk to Times Square and the convention center at Hudson Yards. Loads of places nearby for food. The staff were excellent, friendly and accessible. The person at check-in even took the initiative to move our groups’ rooms when she realised we were a group so that we would all be together/close by on the same floor. The rooms are a good size and have a nice contemporary feel to them (especially the bathroom)

Fantastic staff at the hotel - all of them! They were very friendly and helpful and especially David who helped us a lot with all of our questions. Clean all over and very large rooms and nice beds. Perfect with a microwave and fridge. Nice view from the roof top in the evening. Aircondition worked extremely well with cool and also heat quickly and not too noisy either. Not to big hotel, so never que at the elevator like I heard of at other hotels in NY. Lot’s of places nearby to eat and very close to the big busterminal at Manhattan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a king room, which was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Great location, a 10 minute walk from Time Square, but still very quiet outside.
